Life is a journey. If you think that your first trip will be by car, by plane or by ship you are wrong. The first journey begins when you open your eyes to the world, for the first time. Embrace your life fully, including dark moments. Life is a journey full of pleasant experiences and other less pleasant. Along your journey, you will discover the good and the bad. You will be rubbing shoulders with ignorance, you will feel sad, you will live difficult moments, but you will also live deep emotions, you will meet special people, you will fall in love and you will discover new worlds and cultures (there are a lot of reasons to travel). Anyway, it will always be worth it. The way you react will determine your attitude to life. The choice is entirely up to you!
If life is a journey you have to pack your suitcase. Here is what I put inside my suitcase: Courage, People I love, Perseverance, Patience, Dreams, Curiosity. Courage to overcome the worst moments. People I love: my family, which is the most important thing in my life. Perseverance and Patience to chase my Dreams. Curiosity to discover the beauty around me.
One week ago, I went to the cinema to watch the movie Italy in a day by Gabriele Salvatores, who was inspired by Life in a day, produced by Ridley Scott. (One of the first image is my Etna). The movie was shot entirely by Italians who have sent more than 44,000 videos (about 2200 hours of video footage). Only about 680 were chosen to represent the most beautiful moments of daily life.
Italy in a day is the first video. One of the most touching scene tells about an Italian doctor who travels to Iraq to operate poor children. He says:
The more I save lives, the more my life is meaningful.
The second video is Life in a day and I want to share it with you:
Do not forget that “Life is a journey, not a destination” and not all people travel at the same way, because they live different lives. This is also the mission of my blog.

What did you put inside your suitcase? 🙂
